Release 0.93 went out on 20 October and 0.94 the day after. Between them you can follow your money from sale to bank, and your shoppers get a proper account area.
A payout email
When Stripe schedules a payout to your bank, you can now get an email saying it's on its way: the amount, when it should arrive, and what's in it, such as orders online, sales in person and subscription payments, with the fees taken. It links to the payout in the admin. Choose who receives it in your payment settings, or leave it empty for no email.
A Payouts page
A new Payouts page under Finance lists every payout Stripe has sent to your bank, newest first. Open one to see its breakdown and the orders and subscription payments in it, which makes reconciling your bank statement a matter of matching one line to one page. See payments.
An account area for shoppers
Shoppers who sign in now land on a summary of what they have with you: orders placed and what they've spent, what they've donated and the Gift Aid it added, the fundraisers they run and the subscriptions they hold. A tab for each takes them to the full list: orders, donations with each year's Gift Aid statement, fundraisers, and subscriptions they can pause, change or cancel. Tabs only appear for what your shop offers, so a shop without donations never shows an empty Donations tab.
Also in 0.93 and 0.94
- The product issues list flags products whose variants weigh nothing, so weight-based delivery prices and parcel labels aren't quietly wrong.
- The Gift Aid claim email has a clearer layout, in the same style as your other emails. See charities.
- Gift Aid is no longer added to subscription payments on plans without regular giving, and a donor's declaration applies to all of their donations, whatever address they gave.
- The Gift Aid statement and subscription pages show your shop's own menu.
- A Customers filter on the admin customers list.
