Event tickets

Sell tickets from the same shop

Sell a fixed number of places for a talk, a gala dinner or a fun run, with a QR code for every guest. Tickets sit beside your products and donations, in the same checkout.

Tickets

Everything from booking to the door

Ticket types

Adult, child, concession or VIP, each with its own price and its own number of places.

No overselling

Places are taken before payment. If the last one has just gone, the buyer is told and their card isn't charged.

A code for every guest

Three tickets means three QR codes. A family ticket can admit several people on one code.

In their email and their wallet

Tickets arrive in the confirmation email, sit on the order page and can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Event details done properly

Date, doors, venue and an add-to-calendar link on the page. Search engines see it as an event, and it drops off the shop once it's over.

Refunds void tickets

Cancel or refund an order and its tickets stop working at the door.

On the night

Who's here, at a glance

See bookings and arrivals for every event in the admin, and let in the guest whose phone died.

Booked, arrived and still to come, by ticket type

Find a ticket by order number and check someone in by hand

Download the list as a spreadsheet

Scan tickets at the door with the Badger app (in pilot): green to admit, amber if already used

With your AI assistant

Set up the event by conversation

An assistant connected to your shop can create the event, its ticket types and places, and tell you how bookings are going.

Event tickets come with every plan. Tickets are general admission, with one product for each date.
