Customers pick a named person or anyone free. Share the work evenly or fill one diary first.
No double bookings
Times are held as they're booked. If someone takes it first, the customer is offered the nearest free times.

A service can be a product, with Book an appointment on its page and Book on listing cards.
Customers manage their own
A personal booking page to change, cancel, confirm or add to their calendar, with a reminder the day before.
Paid appointments
Take payment when they book
Paid appointments go through your normal basket and checkout. The time is checked and held before the card is charged.
Clear cancellation terms per service, with the refund shown before they confirm
Refunds run automatically when a paid appointment is cancelled
Phone bookings paid by an emailed link, with the time held until it's paid
Pay in the shop, and link the till sale to the appointment
