Ask what matters for what you sell
Besides the stars, you choose up to six extra ratings. A clothes shop can ask about fit, a hot sauce maker about heat, anyone about quality or value for money. The product page shows the average of each one.

How customers leave a review
Only customers who bought the product can review it. A few days after an order is dispatched, the customer gets a How was your order? email with a link for each product. Signed-in customers also see Write a review on their order page.

Reviews come with every plan. Switch them on in Settings and the first requests go out with your next dispatched orders.
