At checkout
A date they can plan around
A date, or a short range
"Arrives Tuesday 13 October", or "Arrives Thu 15 Oct to Mon 19 Oct" for slower services. Next day means next day.
"Order within 1 h 13 min"
Product pages, the basket and checkout say how soon to order for the next delivery, while it still counts.
Your cut-offs and couriers
Set when the courier collects from each location and how long packing takes. A service can have its own cut-off, such as order by 3pm.
Days you don't work
UK bank holidays for your part of the country, your own closed dates, and a store's special hours are all taken into account.
Next day only when it's true
A next-day option can hide after the cut-off, or stay on with its later date. You choose.
The same date everywhere
The promised date goes in the confirmation email, on the customer's order page and in your admin.
Late orders
Know before the customer chases
An order that passes its promised date without being delivered is flagged, so you can get in touch first.
"Late: promised by Tue 13 Oct" on the order in your admin
Late orders counted in your AI assistant's daily check-in
Works with parcels sent on Badger labels, which report when they arrive
Delivery dates come with every plan. Give a delivery option its transit time and checkout starts showing dates; options you leave alone keep their own description.
